We had Luther League, which was such a great club for teens, and we enjoyed our time on those nights we met without being felt worried about (if you were a female) that you had anything to be afraid of - or worry about. One of my girl friends and also a neighbor, was the daughter of the pastor at the church at that time and that is how I happened to belong to this church - which was not the church of the rest of my family!. I also sang in the "Junior Choir, and later in the Senior choir! I had many, many happy years at this church! Hope that continues to this day! Is Luther League still around these days? I thought it was wonderful and filled a "gap" in my life at that time - that without that organization I would have felt "worthless"! Sincerely, J. C.
